1Merchant of Record (MoR)

DoPay is the merchant of record for services sold through our payment pages and invoices. This means DoPay is the contracting party responsible for the sale, delivery management, customer support, refunds, and dispute handling. DoPay may use subcontractors/contractors to deliver work.

2Services and delivery

• •DoPay provides professional services (e.g., software development, design, AI/ML, consulting) as described in a proposal, scope, or invoice.
• •Delivery timelines depend on the agreed scope and client responsiveness.
• •Clients must provide accurate requirements and timely feedback for successful delivery.

3Payments

• •Payments made through DoPay payment pages are processed by our payment processor.
• •Prices are displayed before checkout. You authorize DoPay to charge the payment method you provide.
• •We may perform risk checks and may delay or cancel orders where fraud or policy violations are suspected.

4Refunds and disputes

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you dispute a charge with your bank, you must also notify DoPay so we can assist and provide supporting documentation.

5Prohibited use

You may not use DoPay services for prohibited or restricted activities described in our Prohibited Use policy.

6Contractor platform access

If you are a contractor/subcontractor using DoPay tools to create invoices or payment requests, you do so as a representative/subcontractor of DoPay, and you must follow DoPay policies (including approved service categories, client communications, and refund/dispute procedures).

7Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoPay's total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid to DoPay for the relevant transaction in the prior 30 days.
