Service Agreement / Scope of Work
This page describes the standard service delivery framework used by DoPay LLC ("DoPay"). Your specific scope, price, and timeline are defined in your proposal, invoice, or written agreement with DoPay.
1Scope and milestones
- •Work is delivered according to an agreed scope (requirements, features, design assets, acceptance criteria).
- •Payments may be split into milestones. Each milestone corresponds to defined deliverables.
2Client responsibilities
- •Provide requirements, access, and feedback in a timely manner.
- •Ensure you have rights to share any content/data you provide.
3Change requests
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote, timeline, or additional milestone. DoPay may pause work until changes are approved.
4Acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted when they meet the agreed acceptance criteria or when you begin using them in production, whichever occurs first.
5Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, upon full payment DoPay grants the client a license or assigns rights to the deliverables, excluding DoPay's pre-existing tools, templates, and general know-how.
6Support
If support/maintenance is included, it will be described in your plan or invoice. Otherwise, support is best-effort and may require a separate agreement.
