Prohibited Use / Restricted Services

DoPay LLC ("DoPay") does not allow the Services to be used for illegal, harmful, or restricted activities. We may refuse service, suspend access, or cancel transactions when prohibited use is detected.
1Prohibited activities (examples)
- •Illegal goods/services, stolen data, or facilitation of criminal activity
- •Malware, phishing, hacking services, credential theft, or unauthorized access tools
- •Adult content and explicit services (unless explicitly approved in writing and permitted by law)
- •Gambling, high-risk financial services, or get-rich-quick schemes
- •Sale of counterfeit goods or IP-infringing content
- •Weapons, controlled substances, or regulated items without proper licensing
2Compliance and review
DoPay may require additional information for higher-risk work and may restrict certain clients, countries, or payment methods based on fraud and compliance signals.
